Crow overlords

Turns out crows are the inevitable successors to homo sapiens. They are tool using, meta-tool using (as in, they will use one tool to get the other, better tool that they actually need), freaky smart feathered food-collecting machines.

Here's a video of a crow bending a straight bit of wire into a hook.



In this movie the crow is just using her hook to collect a little bucket thing, but how long before a hungry crow bends some wire into an eyeball corkscrew? I'm gonna melt down all my wire coathangers immediately. I suggest you do the same.
